Eyk Henning Joins the Global Business Team at Bloomberg News in Frankfurt

Bloomberg News today announced Eyk Henning will join as a senior German business reporter in Frankfurt on March 6.

With nearly 12 years’ experience reporting on banks, M&A and capital markets, Henning joins Bloomberg News from the Wall Street Journal where he was most recently a senior reporter covering M&A and German banks.

Henning will report to Benedikt Kammel, managing editor Global Business, Europe, based in Berlin.

“At the core of Bloomberg News’s work is quality business news that provides our audience with the first word on market movements and industry trends. Eyk’s extensive background in deals and finance will be key to deepening our reporting across our five German bureaus,” says Heather Harris, senior executive editor for the EMEA region at Bloomberg News.

Eyk Henning adds, “I’m excited to join Bloomberg, which is a great brand that stands for quality journalism I’m looking forward to contribute to.”
