Bloomberg Television Launches Sponsored Green Room For Its Flagship Show

Hewlett Packard Enterprise partners for only sponsored green room in cable business news; new digital video series “Inspire GO” to launch, featuring behind-the-scenes content from the green room

New York — Bloomberg Media today announced Hewlett Packard Enterprise (NYSE:HPE) will be the exclusive sponsor of the “green room” for Bloomberg Television’s flagship program, “Bloomberg GO.” Hosted by David Westin and Stephanie Ruhle, “Bloomberg GO” launched on October 5, 2015 and airs weekdays from 7 – 10 am ET.

The sponsorship marks a first to market and long-term marketing venture for HPE, company officially launched on November 1, 2015 when it separated from HP. HPE is an industry-leading technology company one of the industry’s most comprehensive portfolios, spanning the cloud to the data center to workplace applications.

Maximizing Bloomberg’s full suite of media platforms, Bloomberg.com will host an HPE-sponsored series of digital-only features called “Inspire GO,” which will capture candid interviews from the green room with guests after their TV studio appearances. The content will reveal inspiring insights from guests, from personal reflections to their outlook on the future of their business and industry, especially as it relates to the impact of technology.

This endeavor represents the first and only green room sponsorship arrangement of any business cable news network and is designed to present an immersive experience for high profile show guests and engaged viewers.

HPE brand integrations include logo graphic elements throughout the green room and its furnishings, as well as artistic wall treatments. Inside, three large-screen high-definition monitors will feature a continuous loop of HPE-produced motion graphics to complement the newly-designed wall displays featuring HPE-related imagery. Bloomberg Media will produce two custom 10-second ads (“billboards”) to be presented in commercial time to reinforce HPE’s exclusive partnership with the green room.

“Our collaboration with HPE is truly creative and groundbreaking by marrying both a highly visible identity campaign and a digital series based in the environment where the campaign takes place,” said Bloomberg Media’s Global Chief Revenue and Client Partnerships Officer Paul Caine. “We are proud of the partnership we have built with HPE across all of our platforms as we work together to launch HPE’s brand identity as a new and exciting company.”

“Bloomberg GO” draws on the vast resources of Bloomberg to convene global business leaders for an intelligent conversation about the biggest issues impacting business and finance.
