2022 Bloomberg New Economy Forum Returns to Singapore

The fifth annual Bloomberg New Economy (BNE) Forum will return to Singapore, November 14-17, 2022. With the Singapore government’s support and collaboration, this will mark the country’s third time as Forum hosts, following the inaugural event in 2018 as well as 2021’s successful return to in-person convening.

Given the Bloomberg New Economy Forum’s goals as well as the shared interests and high-level commitments of its global delegation, many of whom will be traveling to Southeast Asia the week of November 14, the Forum is scheduled in proximity to the 2022 G20 and APEC Leader Summits in Bali and Bangkok respectively.

The November 2021 Forum’s 300+ current and former heads of state, global CEOs and public sector leaders included Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong (Singapore), Secretary Gina Raimondo, John Kerry, Changpeng “CZ” Zhao (Binance), Natarajan Chandrasekaran (Tata Sons), Bill Gates (BNE Advisory Board), Hillary Clinton, David M. Solomon (Goldman Sachs), Sundar Pichai (Google and Alphabet), Noel Quinn (HSBC), Stacey Cunningham (NYSE Group), Werner Baumann (Bayer), Sara Menker (Gro Intelligence), Michael Miebach (Mastercard) and many others across business, government and academia.

Mike Bloomberg, joined by Dr. Henry A. Kissinger as Honorary Chair and Henry M. Paulson, Jr. as Chair, lead the Bloomberg New Economy Forum Advisory Board composed of more than 40 distinguished government and business leaders from around the world.

On May 18-19, 2022, the inaugural BNE Gateway Latin America event took place in Panama. The 2022 class of Bloomberg New Economy Catalysts will be announced in Summer 2022.
