Vonnie Quinn anchors Bloomberg Brief, interviewing central bankers, Presidents, prime ministers, CEOs, entrepreneurs, and strategists about developing macroeconomic, policy, and market themes and controversies in the run-up to Bloomberg’s coverage of the US market open.

Vonnie has previously anchored Bloomberg Surveillance, Bloomberg Markets, and Bloomberg Opinion, and has anchored live broadcasts from the annual Federal Reserve Symposium at Jackson Hole and the World Trade Organization’s annual meeting. She moderates panels for the Economic Club of New York and Council on Foreign Relations, among others.

Vonnie holds two master’s degrees from Columbia University (where she was awarded the Lorana Sullivan Fellowship, the ABC Frank Reynolds Fellowship, and a New York Financial Writers’ Association scholarship) as well as a master’s and BA in French and Comparative Literature from University College Cork. In her spare time, Vonnie plays classical, bluegrass, and jazz violin and piano.
