June Grasso, an Emmy-Award winning journalist, anchors the “Bloomberg Law” and “Bloomberg Best” shows on Bloomberg Radio daily.
Prior to joining Bloomberg, Grasso was an anchor at Court TV where she combined coverage of trials with her work as a legal analyst for the ABC Radio Network. In her years at Court TV, Grasso was also a correspondent for the network’s documentary series “Crime Stories,” focusing on the stories of trial participants years after the verdict. She anchored a daily consumer affairs show called “Legal Café,” which tackled subjects ranging from privacy issues to custody disputes.
On the ABC Radio Network, Grasso co-hosted a nationally syndicated talk show called “Prime Time.” She has appeared as a legal commentator on numerous network and syndicated shows from “Dateline” to “Extra.”
Grasso worked in local news as an anchor and reporter at KITV, the ABC affiliate in Honolulu, Hawaii, where her reports covered everything from volcanic eruptions to exclusives on undercover police drug busts.
June Grasso won an EMMY Award for her work on the documentary, “The Mob in Atlantic City.” She was awarded the Peter Rodino Law Society’s Achievement Award for her work in legal broadcasting.
In her legal career, Grasso served as Legal Counsel to the Lieutenant Governor of Hawaii. She started her career as a trial attorney at the New York law firm of Hawkins, Delafield & Wood.
Grasso earned her law degree from Harvard Law School. She has a Masters Degree in Journalism from Columbia University, and she is a Phi Beta Kappa, summa cum laude, graduate of Wellesley College.
