First news partner to cover breaking news live from Twitter’s Blue Room
TicToc by Bloomberg (@tictoc), the first and only global news network built for Twitter, will present live coverage of the Trump-Kim Singapore Summit, taking place on Tuesday, June 12. President Trump and North Korea Leader Kim Jong Un are scheduled to meet at 9 am local time on June 12 (9 pm EDT on June 11).
Providing extensive coverage leading into the summit and post-summit analysis, TicToc by Bloomberg will have updates on major developments and themes, pulling in contextual analysis of Tweets and conversations taking place on Twitter.
As the first news partner to cover breaking news live from Twitter’s Blue Room, an in-house studio space designed to host live content activations, TicToc will host a live show at 10:30 am SGT on Tuesday (10:30 pm EDT on Monday) from Twitter’s Blue Room in Singapore featuring Bloomberg’s Korea reporter Jihye Lee (@TheJihyeLee), Politics reporter Kevin Cirilli (@kevcirilli) and Bloomberg TV anchor Yvonne Man (@YvonneManTV).
Viewers around the world can tune-in for the live show via @TicToc on Twitter, which will begin just moments after the historic initial meeting of the North Korean leader and President Trump.
