Bloomberg Television Revamps Global Programming Lineup

Expansion of “Bloomberg Surveillance” and “Bloomberg Balance of Power” Debuts January 22

New York, January 17– Bloomberg Television today announced changes to its daily programming lineup in the Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions. These shifts will further expand on the network’s geographic reach and coverage of global markets, and strengthen Bloomberg’s breadth of global coverage in the morning hours.

As announced in November, Bloomberg Media will expand its flagship morning franchise “Surveillance” to include a new radio show hosted by veteran Bloomberg anchor Tom Keene and appoint current “Balance of Power” host Annmarie Hordern as an anchor of the TV edition. Jonathan Ferro will continue to lead the television version of “Surveillance” with Lisa Abramowicz and Annmarie. Kailey Leinz will co-host “Balance of Power” with Joe Mathieu.

Coinciding with the launch, Bloomberg will debut a new studio for “Surveillance,” which will broadcast live from Bloomberg’s global headquarters in New York. The studio will incorporate seamless cutting edge large LED display technology to facilitate in-depth roundtable discussion, market deep dive visualizations, and a visual way to trace the pulse of the global economy across the two story facility. All changes will be effective January 22nd.
